Specialized Individual TrainingThis individual development program is specifically designed to take the serious player to the next level. Here at Weston Pro Soccer we believe that weekly SAQ sessions will help develop and improve all players’ motor skills with and without a ball by fine tuning individual balance and core strength. Proper warm-ups and cool downs will be taught to insure players have a better understanding of how to prepare themselves for games and training and at the same time how to recover quickly post game. Emphasis will be on plyometrics, speed training drills, agility training & soccer specific conditioning.
