Weston Pro Soccer is committed to bringing in the most qualified soccer coaches in the business. Our staff have at least 2 years practical coaching experience and have worked with all age-groups and skill levels. All Weston Pro Soccer coaches must hold NSCAA National, Advanced National or Premier Diploma or their international equivalent. WPS has 5 current College coaches on it's full-time professional coaching staff.

Kenny Weston

Matt Weston's identical twin brother, Kenny currently Directs Camps & Clinics for Weston Pro Soccer in Perth, Australia where he has lived for the last 2 years. UEFA B Qualified, he is a former Professional Soccer player with Ipswich Town EPL & Preston North End of the English Football League. Kenny has over 10 years of elite coaching experience in both the UK & USA including Academy positions at both Bolton Wanderers (EPL) & Stockport County of the English Football League. Kenny currently trains some of Australia's finest young soccer players through the NTC (National Training Centre).

Charlie Roberts

Charlie is the current Assistant Women's Coach at SUNY Purchase and the former assistant at both Worcester State & Salem State College. UEFA B qualified with extensive coaching experience in both the UK & USA, including academy experience with the New England Revolution & Norwich City of the English Football League. Former positions also include F.C Puma academy coach, Universal Sports Group & MLS player development officer. Charlie is in his second year with WPS and has just been named as the Boys Director for CSA.

Lauren Lattanzio

A former member of the hugely successful UCONN Women's Soccer team, Lauren Lattanzio excelled on the field and made the Big Easy Academic 'All Star' Team 3 years in succession. After having to retire through injury in 2006 Lauren decided to stay in the game and became involved in coaching at CFC (Connecticut Football Club) where she has worked for over 2 years with all age-groups at the 'premier' coaching level.

Lauren Matthews

A member of the Western Connecticut State University team, Lauren is still playing at a very high level of soccer. On-field honors include: 2007 Rookie of the year, 2008 1st Team All-LEC, and 2008 2nd Team All-New England. Lauren has coached previously with Soccer Pride for 3 years, where she worked at Camps & Clinics throughout the State of Connecticut.

Gerry Brennan

Gerry Brennan is the current Men's Assistant Coach at WestConn University and has joined the Weston Pro Soccer Coaching staff at the beginning of 2010. Born in Co. Meath, Ireland, Gerry had a very successful playing career back home and was scouted to come and play in the United States for the University of the Cumberlands, KY. Whilst he was there he received 4 ALL MSC Conference achievements and won the coaches MVP in 2005/06. Moving into coaching, Gerry has continued to excel and has just been named as the new Director of Coaching for the Soccer Club of New Milford under Weston Pro Soccer.

Christopher Symons

Christopher Symons is the current Men's and Women's Goalkeeping Coach at SUNY Purchase. From 2000 to 2006 he was employed by the Handsleading Goalkeeping School, London, England, where he ran and organized specialized goalkeeping sessions at an array of venues. From 2004 to 2006, Chris was employed by Leyton Orient FC Centre of Excellence, London England. For Leyton, he served as head goalkeeping coach providing specialized sessions to all of the goalkeepers and incorporating them into team practices, including the England U16 goalkeeper. From 2006 to 2009, Chris worked for MLS & UK International Soccer Camps where he coached specialized goalkeeping clinics in CT, RI and MA. Chris is in his second year with WPS and has just been appointed as the Girls Director of CSA Premier.
